This Privacy Policy explains how LunarQuote collects, uses and shares information submitted through this website.
1. Information we collect
We may collect business and contact information such as company name, contact name, email address, phone number, state, industry, a broad description of how your business uses AI, and any information you voluntarily include in the message field. We may also collect ordinary technical information such as referring page, browser or device information and submission timestamps.
2. What we intentionally do not request here
The public lead form is not designed to collect full insurance applications, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, medical information, account passwords, detailed security credentials or other highly sensitive records. A licensed insurance professional may later request insurance-specific information through a separate process.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, operate and improve the marketplace, prevent spam or abuse, understand demand, communicate with you, and route appropriate leads to licensed insurance professionals or insurance-market partners.
4. Sharing
When you request a coverage review, you authorize us to share the information you submit with licensed insurance agents, brokers, producers, agencies, wholesalers, MGAs, insurers or related service providers as reasonably necessary to respond to your request. We may also use infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, analytics, security and email delivery.
5. Website analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity on public LunarQuote pages to understand how visitors navigate the site, including aggregated interaction information such as page views, clicks, scrolling, browser/device details and masked session-replay data. We intentionally exclude authenticated/private partner and administrative pages from Clarity recording. Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies according to Microsoft's service terms and privacy practices.
6. No sale of conversation data to insurers as a substitute for consent
We do not treat your submission as permission for unrelated uses. Information is shared to operate the requested referral or as otherwise disclosed here, required by law, or authorized by you.
7. Retention
We retain lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace, maintain business records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and measure referral outcomes. Retention periods may change as the business and regulatory structure develop.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive records through the general lead form.
9. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete lead information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping requirements, by contacting support@lunarquote.com. You may also ask us not to make additional marketing contact.
10. Third-party websites
Insurance professionals and carriers have their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not control information you provide directly to those third parties.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the marketplace, partner network and legal structure change. Material revisions will be reflected by the updated date above.
