Insurance Disclosures
Licensed professional contact
If you submit your information, a licensed insurance agent, broker, producer or other licensed representative may contact you for the purpose of discussing insurance products or coverage.
No application or binder
The public form on this website is not an insurance application. Completing or submitting it does not bind coverage, create an insurance contract, change an existing policy or guarantee a quote.
No recommendation by the marketplace
General descriptions of AI liability, cyber, technology errors and omissions, professional liability or other insurance categories are educational only. The marketplace does not currently recommend a specific policy, insurer, limit, deductible or coverage term.
Availability varies
Insurance availability, eligibility, pricing, policy form, limits, exclusions and insurer appetite vary by state, applicant, industry, AI use and underwriting information. Not every insurer or product is available in every jurisdiction.
Policy language controls
Only the actual insurance policy, endorsements, declarations, binder and other issued documents determine coverage. Website descriptions cannot expand, modify or replace policy language.
Carrier and partner references
Unless a relationship is expressly identified on this website, mention of an insurer, MGA, broker or insurance product does not mean that the marketplace is appointed by, affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized to represent that organization.
Compensation
The marketplace may enter into lawful marketing, referral or distribution arrangements with licensed insurance businesses. Any compensation structure will be subject to applicable insurance laws, licensing requirements and partner agreements.
Jurisdiction
The Service is currently being developed from Texas. Insurance activity involving other states may require additional licenses, appointments, disclosures or partner arrangements before a transaction can occur.
Legal review
These disclosures are designed as a conservative launch framework and may be revised as licensed partners, counsel and regulators require.
