Automatic marketplace billing. For partners with a confirmed written agreement and Auto Delivery enabled, a matching qualified lead is delivered immediately and the agreed delivered-lead fee is recorded at delivery. Monthly budgets stop additional automatic billable delivery when reached. Stripe collection is the next layer; until then, invoiced/paid status is controlled here.
